Frank Mason III is a second year guard from Petersburg, Virginia now playing for the Sacramento Kings. In his rookie year during the 2017-2018 regular NBA season, Mason III averaged 7.9 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 52 games .
Mason III completed all four years of college at the University of Kansas, where his career was nothing less than stellar. He made history during the 2016-17 season being the first player in Big 12 history to average at least 20 points and 5 assists for the regular season. He was voted the unanimous Big 12 Player of the Year, consensus first team All-American selection, AP Player of the Year, USA Today Player of the Year, NABC Player of the Year, and won the Naismith Award.
After an outstanding college career, Mason III was drafted 34th overall by the Kings in 2017, where he remains playing. Frank has been part of the #DSMFamily since the summer of 2018 and we see a bright future for this young and talented man.
